Mazikina Atelier brings more than 20 years of marketing experience across Europe, the CIS and the Middle East. Led by Svetlana Mazikina, it is a strategic marketing and business practice with a proven track record in driving global marketing strategies, brand development and commercial growth across medical devices, healthcare and FMCG.

The practice spans building market presence, leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful communication — including AI-powered creation of digital footprints for diverse brands. Today it combines hands-on executive leadership as CEO of Mentoring Via Creativity with academic work as a Lecturer in Brand & Marketing Strategy at Dubai University, alongside personal and corporate brand strategy for clients across the Middle East and Europe.
